Our sliding door (120" X 84") was developing cracks growing from side to side because of kids activities. For safety we decided to replace it and reached out to A-1 On Track. Gus was very responsive and knowledgeable, coming in 15 minutes after the call and doing preliminary door inspection. He then presented door options available to us so we could make an informed decision. He also had his team come over to fix the cracks, preventing them from getting worse before the new door arrival. It took exactly three weeks from order to delivery. This project was going on smoothly. We love the work Ricky had done, from work space arrangement, door removal, and door support rebuild to door installation inside and out. Ricky took care of the installation job with great dedication and care. Very happy to work with them. Beautiful and stunning door. Highly recommended.

Called about single bedroom pocket door and they came out same day, not to mention they came early! The team was very friendly and well spoken on worst case scenario and price. Called Mike and scheduled our job quickly and professionally. Gus and John came out and installed our closet doors and shower enclosure with precision. My 50 year old patio slider had become very difficult to slide, and I could no longer latch the door lock. I called A-1 and was treated very courteously on the phone when I scheduled my appointment. Gus and Felix arrived on time and thoroughly explained what they would be doing. They protected my flooring with a blanket and got to work. In no time at all they were done and invited me to try out the door. I was shocked! The door slides like butter! They realigned a couple of extra locks I have installed myself over the years as an extra layer of security. They explained the warranty and processed payment, and left my home without a trace of mess. Louis and Gus from A-1 were fantastic!. Our sliding doors had not been opening well for a while and we hadnt had much luck finding someone to fix them. On their first trip out, A-1 took their time to assess the issue & gave us an estimate within a few days. Once parts arrived, the job itself was harder than estimated, but they took all the time they needed and fixed the doors perfectly!. They now open and close without an issue.
